Downloading/Uploading RTEMS app to mcp750

Hi everyone,

1.       Is there a documented process for downloading / uploading an RTEMS .ralf / .exe image onto a PowerPC/mcp750 board?

2.       If there is, would someone be kind enough to point us to it?   Otherwise, could someone please help with how to?
