The one that can be got by summon-arm-toolchain. Normally OK for STM32.
I have 16KB RAM and 1024MB Flash on the STM32F4.

JFFS2 would be good for me, but I needs moreover a dynamic code loader.
Do someone has already done such projects ?
More information about the users
