Toolchains for RTEMS on Leon3

Thank you for your answer.
Where can I find the sources for the RCC toolchain? The binaries 
available from Gaisler are compiled for 32 bits hosts, and I intend to 
work on 64 bits hosts.
Is there any special procedure to build it?
