Rtems con-current build using make -j option

Dear Sir,

I have built rtems using non concurrent build as like below.
configure ... ... <enter>
make <enter>

But, when I try to use "make -j8", rtems building procedure is not correct.

Please could you let me know how to use concurrent build using make command.
