build gcc for rtems4.11 toolchains in ubuntu

I have built the latest RSB for the ARM target on Ubuntu 12.10 without 
error. The only thing I needed to do was install the cvs package.

$ cat /etc/debian_version
wheezy/sid
$ uname -a
Linux kia2 3.5.0-23-generic #35-Ubuntu SMP Thu Jan 24 13:15:40 UTC 2013 
x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

I suggest you check your path to make sure you do not have anything 
installed that is causing problems.
