RSB build process failure for Sparc

GCC does not correctly check for zlib being present and fail during 
configure. You need to install the zlib package on your distribution. 
The list of packages needed is 
http://www.rtems.org/ftp/pub/rtems/people/chrisj/source-builder/source-builder.html#_ubuntu. 
If this list is missing something please let me know.
