MVME3100: RTEMS Shell input doesn't appear (fine under psim)

Just going through the git log, I see a few changes which could have
impacted
this BSP. A lot of warning cleanup and a commit about interrupts. Nothing
jumps out though. Try back in time until it worked and then...

git bisect is your friend. :)
