Windows and QEMU

I actually tried to build under MSYS2 and it couldn't identify the build environment. I didn't pursue it much further, due to other priorities, though the environment does seem intriguing. Not having to prefix everything with /cygdrive/ alone would be helpful!

I think there were issues building on MSYS2. I have not tried recently.

That could be correct. I would need to get a suitable set up sort this
out and I currently have no time to do this. Sorry.
