Dynamic loading

Hello everyone, I've been reading about RTEMS and I'm insterested in using it in a project, but for me the dynamic loading posibility is key.
 
>From other posts I know there exist the cexp shell that allow us to load binaries. 
It is not clear to me the following scenario though:
 
One embedded board running RTEMS, connected via ethernet to a development machine.
In the development machine I compile a .c program into an object file let's say a.out.
 
Can I send the a.out file via ethernet and then load the binary with the cexp shell to run it ?
