examples-v2/led for stm32f4 BSP

Hello all,
In an effort to get myself acquainted with an easily accessible BSP I
decided I would like to make one of the the examples-v2/led examples work
with STM32F4.

Without detailed documentation it wasn't painfully obvious what was the
minimum I would need to modify, but in the end it was pretty manageable to
figure it out from the code, and I only had to write a few lines of code to
led.h.

Will go ahead and attach in case this is something somebody might find to
be a useful hint to save a couple hours of tracing the BSP code around.

I only tried this with the "timer" example, but I imagine the others should
work just fine too?

Steve
