how to trace bsp_spurious_handler trap?

Dear rtems users,
How can I trace bsp_spurious_hander trap?
I found https://lists.rtems.org/pipermail/users/2014-April/027820.html somewhat useful but setting breakpoint at interr.c:39 doesn't break at the line when bsp_spurious_handler trap is generated in my case (maybe different path). 
Could anyone please let me know how to track this bug?
