Where exactly do system initialization handlers get registered?

Hello Travis,

there is some documentation in the users manual

https://docs.rtems.org/doc-current/share/rtems/html/c_user/Linker-Sets.html#Linker-Sets

and the ticket

You can get the installed handlers via "nm ticker.exe | grep _Linker | 
sort".

You need the FDT to boot the T-series BSP, see README of this BSP. In 
case your debugger doesn't work properly, then I would buy a better one 
(e.g. Lauterbach), otherwise it will be probably very hard and time 
consuming to get it running.
