Hi everyone,

I am Mudit Jain, I am a GSOC student working on the project of "Low level
peripherals and SD Card support for raspberry Pi ".

I am a 4th year undergraduate student pursuing Electronics and
Communication Engineering at BITS Pilani University [ Hyderabad Campus ],
India. I am passionate about Embedded Systems and have been working in this
domain as a part of various projects and internships.

As a part of GSoC 2016, I will be picking up from the last year project and
will be building upon that for adding support for SD Card; DMA for SPI
&I2C; second SPI device & Model Identification, Detection and reporting. My
detailed proposal can be found here - Proposal.

would be great if people could provide me with their insights/suggestions
about my project.

In addition to that, I also intend to publish basic/important
articles/tutorials on my blog as I go through this learning process of
GSoC. The link to my blog is here - Blog
<http://rtemsgsoc2016-mudit.blogspot.in/>. I strongly feel that such blogs
and articles play an important role in expanding the user base, In addition
to that it will also be a fruitful learning experience for me.

It is great to be selected for GSOC 2016 and I look forward to
working/contributing/collaborating positively and thus becoming a part of
this open source community.

Thanks
Mudit Jain
