Can't find the ticker executable.

Agreed. I was waiting to move that into the main user manual that has
been recently converted to Sphinx. But the docs need a permanent URL
before I do that.

For 4.11 and older, you should/must use sis. For newer, the simulator
can now run a real erc32 executable so we eliminated the sis BSP which
included special initialization code not needed for flight configurations.
