Yes please update and change.

I understood TBR means "To Be Reviewed". At the time we did not have the 
resources to do a complete review before the move. The wiki was a mess 
so we needed a way to clean it up.

Pages that are important and valid should be renamed/moved. If you are 
unsure where to move a page please ask me and I will help guide you. The 
hope in time we end up with a bunch of pages that can be removed. If you 
see a page that can be removed please highlight it. A valid wiki needs 
constant maintenance and I welcome any help on offer.
