Yes, we had some e-mails due to a lack of resources in the 
configuration. Knowing the value is the hard thing. Not everyone wants 
to use unlimited objects or needs components that require rwlocks. I 
would rather make the POSIX objects self-contained to get rid of the 
root cause of this problem or provide better diagnostics.
