No RTEMS 4.11 in RSB?

And unfortunately, when RSB fails building the kernel, it has not fully installed the tools so they can be used …
I’ll keep poking around, but I do think the RSB needs some cleanup for pre 4.12 usage.
By the way, 4.12 worked fine!
