Awesome. In that case lets see what happens if in 
config/tools/rtems-kernel-4.10.2.cfg oyu change:

%define rtems_kernel_version     4.10.2

to:

%define rsb_version 4.10.2

Note, the hash rtems_kernel_version also needs to change to rsb_version.
