Simple question about RTL

Hello Alan,

I have forgot in previous e-mail that I would be much pleased
if you can donate time and test my 4.11-arm-update branch
with your RPi ZOO. I have tested only on RPi2 till now.

It would help to make 4.11 making usable on RPi at release
time.

I have not backported functionality additions (I2C, SPI etc).
This is only to make UP boot and run.
