rtems-addon-packages removed?

Looks like it was renamed: https://git.rtems.org/libbsdport/

Also, https://devel.rtems.org/ticket/2469 indicates some progress was made
to convert it to RSB configurations/recipes, after which the git repo would
become obsolete.
