Network problem for altcycv_devkit

Hi Sebastian,
Thank you for answering the email.
Adit helped me to fixed the problem. Instead of running rtems4.12, I 
have to run rtems4.11. Seems rtems4.12 bsp.h file doesn't have the macro 
of RTEMS_BSP_NETWORK_DRIVER_ATTACH.
