RTEMS 4.11.2-rc3 Release

Chris,
I tried again an  a different Centos7 system but it failed in the same place.
Are you saying that i should not be using ftp.rtems.org at all?
Clearly VERSION points to ftp.rtems.org.

the URLS seem to be missing and “rc” after the”releases/4.11”

That is where the files are found when I download them manually.
