RSB builds single-threaded Newlib by default?

The tools built with the RSB will make sure newlib is correct.

There is something that is not right in the set up and it would be good
to figure this out.

Do you have just the one set of tools installed?

What does `sparc-rtems4.11-gcc --version` report?
