which baud rates did you try? The README file located in
c/src/lib/libbsp/arm/raspberrypi/README states, you should be able to
see output on PL011 UART0 at 115200 Baud and 8N1 encoding set to your
E.g. /dev/ttyUSB0 is a serial to usb converter ->
stty -F /dev/ttyUSB0 115200 cs8 -cstopb -parenb
should fit.
A framebuffer console should also be available.
