I'll Re create one more time in my host (not jail) and verify it's not me. If still present, I'll open a bug and compare the files. I'll check in the morning.

Do the options.h differ in the two builds? We should somewhere create a
bug report. If its a FreeBSD 12 problem it would be nice to get it fixed
before the next major FreeBSD release
