Hi,
I found how to solve my problem:
adding --RTS=${GCCDIR}/lib/gcc/arm-rtems4.11/4.8.2/thumb/armv7-a/neon/hard to my Ada binging flags

without this parameter my GNATBIND could not find the right path to ada runtime
