No sparc build set file found

I've tried 4.12, there is no 4.12 build, same as 4.11.
The output of --list-bsets is in the first post. I don't seem to have any
.bsets in source-builder/config
All thats there is .cfg

I'm guessing it's something to do with the part of the world I'm in. I
might be getting the git files from some other server that isn't giving me
the correct files.
