unable to compile rtems-libbsd

Make sure that you have all of the dependencies installed first.

But if the build process is not what you need to get experience with, try
using the rtems-vagrant builds. I'll be sending one out soon.

that waf can compile so I can use it as a baseline?  I know the README.waf
provide xilinx_zynq_a9_qemu as a BSP ex. but it is for ARM…
