No, I don't think there is such a table. This would be a good thing to
have on our wiki maybe.

The supported ones have in the past been compiled. I don't think
anyone is currently doing CI or even regular builds of libbsd for all
the targets though.

No, but at least the commonly used ones should be. Some, such as the
x86 one, have bit rotted quite a bit.
