That is an old release now and those instructions relate to GCC etc.

I am sorry but I do not know the status of those patches. Sebastian is not in
our timezone and I do not think he will respond until Monday his time. He will
know the status. If they are valid maybe the RSB should be updated to build qemu
with them.
