Someone using CONFIGURE_HAS_OWN_DEVICE_DRIVER_TABLE?

I seriously hope not. It was absolutely needed before the addition of the
various configuration parameters to add bsp and application specific driver
entries at the beginning and end of the table.

I added those to stop someone (Eric Norum?) from needing to define their
own table.

FWIW I would be happy to see all the define your own table options
disappear as long as we have covered the case for someone to add a custom
entry to arrays like this and the filesystem table.
