Missing arm_switch_reg is blowing up the build. And time is going way too fast.

Good morning.
I did a pull to rebuild the tools and RTEMS from the head for STM32F4 and cpukit/libdebugger/rtems-debuger-arm.c blows up in function arm_debug_unlock_abort with ‘arm_switch_reg’ undeclared.
This was working about a week ago when I used the same scripts to pull, build the tools, configure, and build RTEMS.
The reason that I did a fresh pull was that time seems to be ticking by 10x faster than expected. Repeated calls to rtems_cpu_usage_report show a time that is ticking by at about 10 seconds per real second. A call to rtems_clock_get_uptime_nanoseconds (divided by a billion) corroborates this finding.
