Hello Tom,

I don't use RTEMS 4.11. In the RTEMS 5 documentation you see the 
available multilibs for ARM:

For a big-endian Cortex-R you need the following compiler flags in RTEMS 5:

https://git.rtems.org/rtems/tree/bsps/arm/tms570/config/tms570ls3137.inc

Did you build the tools using the RSB:
