Issue with build and prefix folders RTEMS 5.0

This is expected. (Although, the prefix was probably
$HOME/quick-start/rtems/5 and the arm-rtems5 is one of the installed
directories at the prefix.)  'make install' basically just copies
files into the directory tree rooted at the prefix.
