Application build in Eclipse gives error

The GCC cannot find its internal target libraries. I guess you don't 
call GCC in a MSYS shell in eclipse so the behaviour is different. You 
can print out the compiler search paths with "gcc -E -P -v -dD 
empty-file.c".
