In case the ticker sample program doesn't run properly on your ERC32 
board, then it makes no sense to start application development. You have 
to figure out why this test program fails. There is probably an issue in 
the clock driver, the clock driver setup or the overall low level system 
setup. You can use GRMON to debug this.
