I'm going to answer from the perspective of what I'd like to see supported.
First Gaisler has the NOEL-V now and should have bit images for it for some
popular fpga boards. You'd have to check on the technical details but this
should work.
There is a new HiFive board called Unmatched which would be nice to
support. And there is a RISC-V Beagle now that also looks promising. I have
no idea how much either of them would take to support.
