rtems6 master on darwin-x86_64 fails building: arm-rtems6-gcc-814ec21-newlib-fbc5496-x86_64-apple-darwin22.6.0-1

Hello Heinz,

I added a GCC 13.2 configuration. Maybe it works. You can test it with:

../source-builder/sb-set-builder 
--with-rtems-gcc=tools/rtems-gcc-13.2-newlib-head 6/rtems-arm
