The embedded brains BSPs used DATA_CACHE_ENABLE and INSTRUCTION_CACHE_ENABLE.
Some BSPs used PPC_USE_DATA_CACHE, which is without effect due to a missing
include file.

Now we have BSP_DATA_CACHE_ENABLED and BSP_INSTRUCTION_CACHE_ENABLED.
