Why are you asking? I'd not stop anybody who is willing to work on such 
documentation and is willing to contribute it, because it in longer 
terms often proves to be valuable or ...

... in cases like this one, documentatin may indicate 
questionable/arguable details, here: uint32_t  vs. offset.
