Quite possible.

As you might recall, rtems4.11'newlib is aggressively following 
newlib-CVS - Yesterday's rtems-4.11-gcc update basically was a sync with 
newlib-cvs (As of Monday/Tuesday this week).

It brought in psignal, *_CPUTIME_ID and a couple of bug-fixes.
