riscv: Fix CPU_STACK_ALIGNMENT

According to the RISC-V psABI

https://github.com/riscv/riscv-elf-psabi-doc/blob/master/riscv-elf.md

the stack alignment is 128 bits (16 bytes).

Update #3433.
