[Bug 1656] GSoC AIO patch

I spent the last days redesigning and implementing the whole thing from
scratch.
The new implementation will be on my github repo [1] later today. 

AIO is almost done LIO will follow soon.

I have also added documentation ( doc/posix1003.1 and doc/posix_users )and
tests (I covered aio_read and aio_write). You can find these in my google code
repo under testsuites/psxtests/psxaio01 [2] testsuites/psxtests/psxaio02 [3]. I
didn't find anything on wiki regarding testsuites so I looked at the other
tests. If someone could take a look and make some comments I will appreciate
this.
