Comments in no particular order.

+ Please submit patches in UNIX format .. dos2unix is your friend.
+ tabs are not allowed in RTEMS source
+ do not exceed column 80

I think the code is OK but I would like to see some uses. What does
the use of this code look like?  Can you show a couple of managers using
this?  

Do you have it far enough along to give any feedback on size reduction?

If you fix the style issues and answer the technical questions, I am OK
with this.
