Also, the shared/helenos/kernel tree is only used by the usiii BSP, because it
needs to interact with the MMU, so we also adopted the HelenOS MMU handling
code. 

However, the need to interact with the MMU might also exist on real targets
with the niagara. For usiii, the firmware's trap table is read-only, so we
needed to copy the firmware trap table in order to install RTEMS ISR handlers
to it. This also requires adding trap handler I-TLB mappings so that the TLB
miss handlers in the new trap table are pinned in the TLB.  With the niagara
(at least for the particular firmware we used) the firmware's trap table is
writeable directly.
