[Bug 1992] HTML output error

Update: I checked the situation on openSUSE-11.4 and Ubuntu-11.04:

- texi2html packages are available on Ubuntu and Fedora (Sources are identical,
  texi2html-1.82.tar.bz2), but it is available not available on openSUSE.
  Whatever Sebastian used, was not part of the distro he is using.

- Fedora-16 and Ubuntu-11.04 generated html-docs both expose this "extra
bullet".
  No results under openSUSE-11.4 for obvious reasons.

Further conclusions left to the reader ;)
