Second Version .. includes erc32, leon2 and leon3

This version of the patch fixes all of the SPARC BSPs plus a bug in a macro in
shared/include/ambapp.h.  All three platforms passed the new test to evaluate
this condition and failed before the patch.

Please review and say OK and I will commit this.
