 How about the potential overflow for uint32_t variables "missed_count" and
 "count" in rtems_rate_monotonic_period_statistics?
 I didn't find related means in the current version.
 stats->missed_count++ in cpukit/rtems/src/ratemonperiod.c could also incur
 this problem right?
