 The RTEMS 5 release is based on the `5-freebsd-12` branch for LibBSD and
 not the `5` branch. Maybe the issue is the `5` branch for LibBSD should
 have been made from `5-freebsd-12` and not `master`.

 I have adjusted the release scripts to package the `5-freebsd-12` branch
 for LibBSD as a special case however it has concerned me something is not
 right and this ticket is now making me wonder if the `5` branch
 referencing `master` has confused things.
