 patch for the defect was already provided here:

 and here:

 however especially second patch has met strong resistance from inclusion
 without a proper attempt to contact upstream projects and report, provide
 patch there.

 So, here I clearly declare, that I've contacted all three projects by
 using mailing lists (in case of mfc and mfpr) and google group (in case of
 isl). Unfortunately neither archive to mailing lists neither google group
 is easily  publicably accessible. I'll try my best to link replies here as
 much as possible.

 Anyway, as discussed on devel@, I'm also attaching 3 required patches
 here.
